A brand new website

Having a user-friendly website that offers a smooth experience in today’s fast-paced world is essential. With over
25 years of experience creating functional, mobile-first and user-friendly websites, we know how to deliver results.
There have been a number of standout website projects for us this year.

Shanly Homes needed an overhaul of their website. Their key request was that the site “runs itself”. To facilitate this, all non-marketing, factual development and plot information from their CRM updates the website in real-time,
meaning any price or availability changes instantly show on the website. To easily make marketing updates, their
team have CMS control over plot and development content. Each of Shanly’s developments have an individual
brand ID, so we built the website to allow customisations per development. Logos, colourways and flashes can all
be changed to match the development branding, allowing the site to maintain a corporate feel without losing the unique development identities.

Tilia Homes gave us a clear goal: create a website that delivers a smooth online experience to optimise
conversion. We started with an evaluation of their website and identified several pages and features that
were underutilised or no longer relevant, which created a cluttered user experience. As part of the design, we
focused on creating an effortless experience for the user, making sure that plot availability, current incentives and
buying guides are easily available. The result? A clean, intuitive website that provides the convenience modern
homebuyers expect, allowing them to find their dream home with little effort.

Countryside Homes joined the other housebuilder brands within the Vistry Group, Linden Homes and Bovis Homes, on their single wireframe website, a solution that allows administrators to effortlessly update multiple websites from a single CMS, streamlining their process and in turn saving valuable time.

A social success

2024 has been a busy year for social. With updates across all platforms, it can be difficult to stay up to date with
the latest trends and changes, which is why we invest a lot of time to understand each platform and stay on top
of emerging trends, so you don’t have to.

We continued to see great results from social advertising for our clients and this year, we took northwest
housebuilder, Kellen Homes to TikTok and LinkedIn advertising! Their TikTok campaigns drove traffic through to their developments whilst raising brand awareness, and their LinkedIn ads were hyper-targeted to hit local NHS workers who could benefit from their Key Workers scheme.

Our long-standing client, Jelson Homes, rolled out their new campaign, ‘New Home Happy’ across all digital
channels. On social, we updated their Meta ads, Facebook header and wove the new campaign message
throughout their organic social posts.

In the non-property sphere, we continued to work with Aston Marina to promote their events, wedding venue
and No.26 restaurant. To help them gain new email sign-ups to their exclusive members club, we created a Meta
lead generation campaign. To entice sign-ups, they offered three people the chance to win a restaurant voucher.
The campaign exceeded expectations, achieving over 660 new sign-ups at a cost of just 23p per lead, with an
impressive CTR of 7.45%.

Our CRM client, ContactBuilder, launched a brand-new LinkedIn Newsletter aptly titled ‘Beyond the Bricks’, each
month we have delivered unique and informative content for their releases, complete with SEO optimisations.

We also launched our very own LinkedIn Newsletter, ‘Marketing Made Simple’, delivering monthly content
specifically for the new homes sector. Subscribe today and receive each edition straight to your inbox!
In addition to our newsletter, we also manage a Linkedin Group, New Homes Hub, where we share regular updates
and encourage our members to post their insights.

Making the most of print

This year we took on a new brochure design for southeast builder, Oakford Homes. Their new luxury homes at
Oakley Green in Lavant needed a brochure that not only showcased their superior quality of homes but also
the local area in which they’re built. With that, we set to work taking a deep dive into the vicinity and nearby
cathedral city, Chichester. The result? A stunning brochure, packed with useful information for prospective
purchasers and beautiful imagery that really highlights the local community.

We worked with Avant Homes to review and redesign their on-site signage. Knowing what works for Avant, we got stuck in creating an easy-to-use signage guide for their sales teams featuring their signature navy and purple branding, we created a sleek new look that stands out from the crowd. We knew the design had to be bold yet concise, so passersby could easily see their developments. We delivered a full suite of assets covering everything from internal marketing suite graphics to large hoardings.

Our southwest client, Baker Estates, will celebrate their 10-year anniversary in 2025 and we’ve helped them to
prepare with a new 10-year logo and we have some exciting plans in the works for the new year!

You’ve got mail

This year, our relationship with Avant Homes extended further into email marketing. Working with their seven
regional business to understand their focuses, we then create and send all of their regional email campaigns. In
addition to these emails, we also designed a new email template for their national portal campaigns, including
New Homes for Sale and Zoopla.

We continued to work with Jelson Homes to facilitate their email marketing and this year we helped them create
a regional Rightmove email. Combining six of their Leicestershire developments, we created an email that
included striking imagery and clear and concise copy that drove action. The email was sent to a count of over
75,000 people in the region and achieved a strong open rate of 47.35%. We look forward to providing continued
support for Jelson’s regional emails into 2025.

Managing your sales smoothly

Our CRM clients including Crest Nicholson, Tilia Homes and Dandara continue to use our custom-built PAD CRM
solution throughout their businesses, a system that enables them to manage their leads easily from initial enquiry
to completion, with a suite of reports and easy-to-use dashboards. Throughout the year we continued to work
with all our CRM clients to enhance their systems to deliver further business efficiencies. And we have some very
exciting digital projects under wraps that are due to launch in 2025 for both Avant Homes and Crest Nicholson,
we can’t wait to share these!
