Redesigned, rebuilt, and renewed websites

Baker Estates approached us for a new website – their main request was that the site “runs itself”. To facilitate this, key development and plot information is pulled directly from their ContactBuilder CRM system with real-time updates, meaning price and availability changes instantly show on the website. Another feature of their website is custom development landing pages; these fully client-updatable pages are perfect to aid campaigns and open events.

We worked with Vistry Group on the rebrand of the Bovis Homes and Linden Homes websites. This was a colossal effort that touched every channel in their business, we worked collaboratively with stakeholders and other agency partners to ensure timelines were always in-sync and the delivery was smooth whilst requiring minimal resource from their regional marketing teams.

Crest Nicholson undertook a brand refresh, aligning their look and feel to their premium product and specification. We took a deep dive into colour theory to ensure the refreshed website reflected their brand and optimised UX. It was then over to the development team to bring the designs to life, and weave in some clever new functionality to personalise the user journey and drive conversion.

Our social successes

This year has been busy for social! We onboarded Deanfield Homes for organic and paid services and started by giving their social channels an audit, refreshing their presence in line with best practices and crafting a social lookbook, featuring their brand styling and core colours their social feeds look cohesive and more importantly, offer value to the end user.

As video continues to be ever popular on social media, we held content creation days for several of our social clients, visiting their developments to capture content that can be used throughout their social schedules. We produced a mix of themed content and walkthroughs, all staged, shot and edited by us.

Our East Midlands based client, Jelson Homes, trialled TikTok ads to a reach a new audience. To ensure their ads reached the correct people, we honed in on targeting and achieved over 1,300 clicks at just 21p per click!

In the non-housebuilder world, we continued to work with Aston Marina to promote their events and wedding venue and No.26 restaurant. Combining the power of social media ads with Google Ads, we drove over 1,800 conversions directly from the Performance Max Google offering. With further Google Search and Display products taking their total conversions to over 19,000 this year! Their targeted Meta lead gen ads drove 265 leads for their 2025 wedding showcases at a low cost of just £15 per lead.

A creative campaign

We took Kellen Homes up a level with their creative campaigns. The first part of the year saw the launch of their ‘Next Level’ campaign, featuring gold callouts to highlight the selling points of a Kellen home – the campaign lent itself perfectly to social media. Then, in the second half of the year, we introduced ‘King of Your Castle’, showcasing that a Kellen home is fit for royalty! Both campaigns were rolled out across social, online advertising, their website and on-site signage.

You’ve got mail

Guild Homes, based in Derbyshire, offers custom designed homes in a rural village location. With a bespoke offering, where purchasers can customise their luxury home beyond the norm, the appeal to those looking for an uncompromised lifestyle was obvious. To reach a wider audience, we created a series of press ads for Derbyshire Life magazine. Each ad was crafted to portray the quality of the product, and uniqueness of the proposition.

In the email sphere, we continued to work with Avant Homes to deliver email marketing services efficiently at both local and national level – working with their six regional businesses to understand their challenges, then crafting campaigns that hit home for prospects.

Making the most of SEO

We onboarded Dandara, Deanfield Homes and Gleeson Homes for SEO services, technically optimising their websites and creating genuinely useful content to ensure they can be found both on AI platforms and in search engines.

Using our services since May, Dandara have seen a 37% increase in SERP features and an impressive 166% increase in their AI overview placements. We conducted a full website audit for Deanfield Homes to help improve their overall site health and form our strategy for 2026. As for Gleeson Homes, we’ve been working hard to boost their technical SEO performance and it’s paid off – with their site health improving by 17% in recent months. They’ve also seen a huge increase in AI Platform traffic and top 10 organic keywords have improved by 58%.

A spring exhibition

During the spring, Oakford Homes held a stall at the annual Goodwood exhibition – a traditional day packed with local vendors, it was the perfect place for Oakford Homes to promote their Oakley Green development, located a stone’s throw away from the Goodwood Estate. To support their event, we carefully planned their exhibition tent, designing a large backdrop, several pop-up banners and a takeaway leaflet promoting a special development offer unique to the event. We’d also like to congratulate Oakford Homes who won Best Medium Developer of the Year at the Hertfordshire Residential Development Awards.
