Redesigned, rebuilt, and renewed websites
Baker Estates approached us for a new website – their main request was that the site “runs itself”. To facilitate this, key development and plot information is pulled directly from their ContactBuilder CRM system with real-time updates, meaning price and availability changes instantly show on the website. Another feature of their website is custom development landing pages; these fully client-updatable pages are perfect to aid campaigns and open events.
We worked with Vistry Group on the rebrand of the Bovis Homes and Linden Homes websites. This was a colossal effort that touched every channel in their business, we worked collaboratively with stakeholders and other agency partners to ensure timelines were always in-sync and the delivery was smooth whilst requiring minimal resource from their regional marketing teams.
Crest Nicholson undertook a brand refresh, aligning their look and feel to their premium product and specification. We took a deep dive into colour theory to ensure the refreshed website reflected their brand and optimised UX. It was then over to the development team to bring the designs to life, and weave in some clever new functionality to personalise the user journey and drive conversion.
