ContactBuilder UK Construction Week
When our long-standing client ContactBuilder asked us to provide exhibition collateral for their visit to Construction Week UK, we got to work.
House-shaped mints anyone?
The exhibition stand required a 7-panel design along with a counter. Each element was well-thought-out to include key brand messaging and information on ContactBuilder’s prize draw, a great method for data collection. We also designed an informative A5 leaflet, the size chosen intentionally to make it perfect to pop into a bag, with a space to have branded house-shaped mints stuck onto the front, a promotional item that will actually be kept and used!
And the winner is…
As part of ContactBuilder’s strategy to gain sign-ups and build connections, a prize draw was planned. The mechanic was simple so the team could easily manage the giveaway whilst running their stand. To enter, all that was required was to drop a business card into a bowl for the chance to win a tablet with the winner being selected randomly at the end of the event. The terms and conditions of the giveaway were accessible via QR codes which were incorporated into the stand design.
Fully connected
The panels and counter wrap were carefully planned to communicate ContactBuilder’s key features and be easy to read in a busy environment. The sales teams’ business cards were designed with a QR code that led through to their LinkedIn profiles. As part of our full-service offering, our team provided support with email campaigns and an organic social media plan which consisted of regular posts in the run-up to the event and throughout its duration, utilising optimal posting times and hashtags.
Well thought out
As part of the fully-rounded strategy, we provided updated email signatures for the whole ContactBuilder team to spread awareness of the event and their attendance. As part of the plan to get sign-ups, ContactBuilder offered new clients their service for free for three months. Our team created a LinkedIn advert targeted to the house building industry to promote this, as well as promoting it organically.
