Crest Nicholson came to us with a website in need of an overhaul, they wanted simplified navigation, a streamlined user journey, the ability to drive more conversions, SEO focused and a mobile-first approach to web design.

With such large swathes of house buyers using their mobiles to search for their new homes, a mobile-first approach to web design is required for a successful website. From easy-to-use navigation, eye catching imagery and just the right amount of white space, our design ticked all the boxes. We also refined the customer journey to work smoothly on a smaller screen, and translate well to a larger one, to help drive more conversions.

This welcoming website not only offers a superb user experience, behind it is a custom MMS-built CMS (content management system) allowing full content management by the Crest Nicholson team. A complete search engine optimisation audit (both content and technical) was undertaken to ensure the website would be running at full capacity from the moment it went live. With walk-in visits consigned to 2019, we also built a user-friendly appointment booking system, saving time for everyone.
A CRM is worth its weight in gold for managing leads and the customer journey and the custom-built CRM system we’ve designed for Crest Nicholson is fully integrated with the new website. This live feed of new development, plot and enquiry data is instant and ensures that nothing can be mis-keyed, leading to the smooth transition from enquiry to house buyer.
