What can we say about 2020 that hasn’t already been said? Along with everyone else, the MMS team has been affected by the pandemic, seeing the switch from face-to-face to Zoom meetings and adapting to working from home. With fortitude and flexibility, we’ve been there for each other and our fantastic clients.

This year saw many of our clients taking stock of the current market and pivoting. We’ve been right there with them, whether it was a new digital approach taken during lockdown or harking back to more traditional offline marketing. Here are just a few of our best bits.

Dynamic digital by design

A couple of our stand-out digital projects this year were the design and build of a bespoke website for Lancet Homes and a custom-built CRM system for Dandara.

PPC (pay-per-click) ads through Google, Bing, Facebook and LinkedIn are ever popular. We ensure our clients’ ads show in the right place at the right time, to their target audiences or keywords.

Oakford Homes social brand strategy made the creation and management of their social accounts run like clockwork, offering attractive AND valuable content to their prospective buyers and customers.

Getting physical with print

Offline marketing still makes a splash, but choosing the right avenue is key! This year, amongst other things, we’ve worked on print advertising, mailers and signage.
