A brand new website

As your “shop window” and often the first port of call for your customers, your website has to be done right.
With over 25 years’ experience delivering functional websites, we know how to deliver results.

One of our stand-out web projects this year was working with national housebuilder, Avant Homes, to redevelop their website. We delivered a contemporary design, whilst ensuring user-experience was at the forefront.

Alicia Hattersley, Group Marketing Manager said,

“Thanks to the MMS team who have built us a great website!”

Lise Archibald, Sales Director for East Scotland said,

“Thank you MMS! Our new website is just amazing!”

Getting the most out of digital

After a successful new website launch, we worked with Avant Homes to roll out their “Spend Less. Live More”
UK-wide digital campaign. We got stuck in creating assets, including a striking digital billboard that lit up
the Scottish skies along the busy M8. As a 360 campaign, we produced content and creatives for an array of
placements including organic social posts and header images, Meta ads, email campaigns and Google Discovery.
Utilising machine learning, Google Discovery determines when users are most likely to engage with a brand.
Activity can be displayed across a number of Google products including the YouTube, Gmail and Google apps.

Managing your leads smoothly

We onboarded Tilia Homes with our custom-built CRM solution, developing a system that enables them
to manage their leads easily, with a suite of reports and an easy-to-use dashboard. We also continued to work
with our long-standing client Dandara to further enhance their custom-built CRM system,

Getting on top of search

SEO this year has been more essential than ever for businesses to solidify their online presence in a competitive
market. As well as our team attending BrightonSEO to get up to speed with the latest trends and expand their
technical knowledge, they’ve also been working hard on growing the service.

Our SEO services continue to deliver successful results for our clients, who have seen the benefits of their tailored SEO and content strategies. We’ve focused on boosting local SEO for national housebuilder, Crest Nicholson. They’ve seen some great results, with the website ranking for 240% more keywords than this time last year.
Northwest based client Kellen Homes has also seen a 110% increase in their keyword rankings this year.

User-focused social

Social media is an ever-changing landscape. With numerous updates and changes to algorithms, it can be
difficult to reach the right people, which is why we invest a lot of time into understanding each platform, so you don’t have to. As well as attending the Search & Social Advertising Show at BrightonSEO, our social media and content team has kept up to speed with their Meta Blueprints Certifications this year, so you can rest assured
that your organic social media and paid ads are in great hands.

We continued to drive great organic results for our existing clients including Kellen Homes, as well as growing
our organic services with onboarding Lancet Homes. East Midlands based client Jelson Homes saw an increase
of 42.35% in link clicks from their Meta ads and Kellen Homes saw their followers across Facebook, LinkedIn and
Instagram increase by 22.46%.

We even got to do some non-property social!
After huge successes in 2022, our relationship with Aston Marina continued to thrive this year. We worked with them to promote their in-person wedding showcase events, creating tailored PPC campaigns across Meta
and Google. In addition to promoting their wedding venue, we created successful campaigns utilising Meta’s products to promote seasonal events, including a Black Friday promotion.

Making the most of print

Showcasing your new homes quality, specification and the local area in which they’re built is essential.
We’re no strangers to creating high-quality printed brochures that do just that. This year, we created three brochures for niche developer Sigma Homes. Our content team took a deep dive into the local areas and
crafted engaging and useful content. Then our design team brought the brochures to life, using a selection of
high-quality images and ensuring precision with hand-drawn maps to showcase the local amenities.

Luxury housebuilder and long-standing client, Oakford Homes came to us for a development ID to promote
their collection of homes coming soon in Lavant, Chichester. Our designers got stuck into the history of the area, which is known for its various connections to poetry. Each house type is named after a famous poet and
the rest of the collateral has links to its literature history. We’re exciting to be working on Oakley Green’s brochure into next year.

After all of that, we can’t wait to see what 2024 has in store for both us and our clients!
